ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Taking ownership of queries and ensuring they are resolved timeously and effectively.

-Perform complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and on-going requests in terms of data quality.

-Develop methodologies and methods for analysing and presenting data in either SSRS or PowerBI, whichever is the most appropriate to solve the need.

-Collecting, analysing and interpreting data.

-Efficient compilation and presentation of divisional and functional reports, data trends and analysis in the correct visualisation tool.

-Interpret and analyse trends in information in order to gain valuable business insight.

-Identify opportunities for improved business performance based on information.

-Identify risks to the company and escalate accordingly.

-Develop effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including 3rd parties and service providers.

-Maintain broad product knowledge in order to effectively and accurately respond to customer queries.

-Provide first time resolution on enquiries.

-Deal with customer requests in a competent, efficient and professional manner.

-Ensure Service Level Agreements are met and exceeded.

-Good relationships with team members as indicated by a willingness to assist colleagues.

-Support effective teamwork.

-Engage with appropriate training interventions to promote own professional development.
